Frequently asked questions
- What areas do you deliver to?
We are based out of Smyrna, DE and we have a radius in which we deliver. Our delivery areas include Middletown, Odessa, Smyrna, Clayton, Dover and surrounding areas in New Castle and Kent County. During checkout if you happen to live outside of our delivery range it will calculate a delivery fee for you.
- Do you require a deposit for the rental?
A $50 Deposit is required to make a reservation for any inflatable rental. This deposit is returned to you 3-5 business days later after the inflatable is inspected upon pick up.
- Do you offer hourly rentals?
We do not offer hourly rentals. We value the customers time and ours so it is more beneficial to allow the customer have the inflatable all day (6-8 hours).
- Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes. If you cancel at least two weeks prior to your reservation date your deposit is fully refundable. Cancellations that are less than two weeks from the reserved date are not refundable. Once the inflatable is delivered there is no refunds, discounts or rain checks if it rains. If events are cancelled due to unforeseen natural events (rain, heavy winds, acts of God, etc.) Delaware Fun Inflatables will apply your deposit to a future event. We the company reserve the right to cancel any event that may endanger the safety of Delaware Fun Inflatable’s clients.
- What time do you deliver and pick up?
You will receive a call 24-48 hours prior to you event with a tentative delivery and pick up time. Our deliveries are done typically in the morning of the event and picked up in the evening or the following morning.
- Do you provide the extension cords and water hose?
Yes. We do provide the extension cord and water hose. If you already have a water hose that you would like to use that's perfectly fine. The setup location must be within 100 feet of a power source and water source (wet slide).
- Can the inflatable blow away?
Yes. As seen on the news across the country, moon bounces can be toppled by high winds. Even though we use the required 18" stakes, if there is a sustained wind over 18 mph at the time of delivery, we will not be able to set up the inflatable for the customer's safety or ours. It is also the customers responsibility to evacuate and turn off the blower if wind speed does increase beyond the acceptable wind speed.
- What if it rains on the day of the event?
Once the inflatable is delivered there is no refunds, discounts or rain checks if it rains. - Do you clean your inflatables after each use?
Yes. Not only do we clean our inflatables after each use but we also clean and sanitize at delivery to give our customers the reinsurance that they are getting a clean inflatable.
